"So we have dined at Wheatleigh S/T bistro many many times. America who waits on us is amazing as is the food. Lunch today had a few glitches and called to express same. Spoke with Kiana who was rude and condescending and unfortunately Molly the restaurant manager was the same. No offer to make amends other than “ we will look into it”. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional for such a luxury restaurant and resort. We can all have a bad day but…"

"Standard pub fair. nothing extraordinary, nothing bad. server didn't seem happy to be a server. there was a simple question of water without ice. an appetizer ordered, but was not given for appetizers. the food was good. oddly, the ice for drinks was discovered in a donator next to the door where guests came, seemed careless."

"We had the impression that there was no on site management, as if the property was running itself. One rarely saw any staff people. There is no elevator for the bedrooms on the second floor. It was a long steep staircase; no one with any walking disability should consider this property. Dining room staff varied from day to day. It is extraordinarily over priced ! Under good management the property has the potential of being an outstanding hotel"

"Cool stuff. Lots of unique things hard to find unless you order them off Amazon or something. Definitely more expensive than thu need to be on a lot of things but, ya know....if nowhere else in the area sells it you can't blame them. Great produce and cheese and food service.They rent out their meat and seafood. Theres so cool unique items but I typically see meat well beyond it's prime in their shop. Seafood fillets are massive but again some subpar items. Minimal selection even though what they have is gigantic. Oysters should all be bowl side down and sitting on ice instead of dumbed into a bin haphazardly. They're oysters probably are sub par."
