"Came to this Dunkin ' donuts around 4:30 and I saw the sign for a $3 medium pumpkin cream cold brew. So I ordered that she told me my total was over $4 and I said the sign says it 's $3. She said yeah well we 're not doing that anymore. I said well the signsays you are? I was just surprised that she didn 't honor it and then maybe have someone go out there and take the sign out. Ihave worked at fast food places in the past and anytime there has been mistakes like that it 's usually just honored because thesign said it and it was the business 's fault for not taking the sign down. Also I 've never been greeted before the way I wasgreeted at the drive-thru which was , do you know what you want I thought that was a bit odd. In a nutshell bad service. Iusually avoid this location because it takes so long here to get your order and when you do get your order my drink is alwaysbad I usually just get an iced coffee with cream but they somehow screw that up every time so I won 't be going to this oneanymore."

"Very friendly staff and efficient system! Currently with the measures for Covid-19, they do mobile app pick up in business only from 11 am to 3 pm, then it is drive-thru pick up and on site orders at 6 pm. I came at 4:00, I'm not too bad with a dozen cars. I was on my bike! They gave me up. Note: very friendly and professional managers on site! He reacted calmly to a customer who was unhappy about the pick-up system. I was impressed! I cheated him and went up on the line."
