"English short version: - ice was good- seafood salad was good- pizza was way too saltyfood: Okish.Customer service: i thought it was ok, but then...Employe destroyed trouser (had a good intention but imperfect for that i have to pay now). a dinner costs instead of 20 eur now 100eur. it was an oil stain which i could have washed out with other means but thanks to the employee’s good intention, my trouser is broken now. don’t trust anyone’s experience, ok, but what made me the bad rating is the owners handling of the situation when i called. i expected an apology or anything at all. but in return they hang up twice on me, did not pick up the 3rd and told me, that it’s my problem and they aren’t responsible for their employees actions. i’ll talk to my lawyer now.Leider extremely bad customer experience and the reason is enough to 1. no longer recommend the restaurant and 2. never go there again. this kind of attitude to customers, I didn't like to undermine. The pros:- nice decoration, good ice cream con:- pizza salat was salted - oil stain on the pants (I passed when eating). coworker recommends to make spueli on the spot. "On the hunt for wild landed on the Oktoberfest – that was the result of my visit to the restaurant “Zum Wilddieb”. Welcomed by a female service, one of the last two tables was offered to me, including the indication that it could take a little longer because of a larger group. Apart from the places reserved for the group and the other two tables, the place was filled with predominantly older spectators. Only 2 people in the service who probably had longer waiting times because there was no food on many tables. Through the Oktoberfest theme, hoping for faster operation, I have changed my food requests to a liver dumping soup €3.90 and the Bavarian sausage salad with roast potatoes €8.20. My fear of sitting there in the evening was absolutely unfounded. The service was not only extremely friendly, but also competent and self-confident, but also had time to chat with one or the other guest for a short time, and yet it was noticeable until the tables bend under the mountains of slaughter plates and witches. Hardly anyone created these huge meat mountains and supplements, according to my observation only an Ottfried fish species, which also loosely distributed their measure of original Oktoberfestbier 1l 5,60 €. Note to the drink card: For a restaurant of this kind surprisingly many different -20 open wines, usually under 4 €, and... here the drink card is already on the table! "From 2.9.2021 to 6.9.2021 we lived in the Tower Room at Hotel Heinz and we felt very comfortable there. The room was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly and all were careful to prepare us a few relaxing and relaxing days. We also liked the wellness area very well, especially our common hot stone massage. Every evening we were looking forward to the fantastic food that was always not only super costed, but also very lovingly served by the staff. For this reason we have also extended our stay in one room until 10.9.2021 with the help of the two receptionists who have done an honest effort to stay in another room. We also enjoyed this because it was still easy to relax. Thanks to the entire staff we were allowed to spend so many wonderful days with you. I'm sure we're back a lot. "After the business holidays, I was back today, probably 3 times since my last review. For me it is usually the most convenient and most affordable culinary opportunity to lunch, such as warm food at 3:00, probably everywhere. But I've never been to the beautiful outdoor areas. There were several changes in this time, on the map as a whole, on the lunch offer or at the table decoration. The card has been shortened due to demand, especially in the area of fish, instead of 10 lunch offers, there are now reliable 4 to 6.90 € each, including a large supplement salad, much before the normal food revered. The table decoration experienced several changes, the current state is m.E. optimal, bright flowers red/orange in a glass vase on yellow diagonal cloth with white base. Today the wine needed a little longer for its appearance, but it was really tempered and drinkable. The salad went faster, was probably due to the large amount of vitamins; the standard mix here with optically beautiful salad rose from Lollos green and red with non-saure homedressing, with some sour potato salad, fresh carrot salad, fresh herbal salad, fresh radishes, thick beans and corn, each in their own dressings, not a single ingredient too cold. The Schnitzel takes half of the elongated plate, along with some sauce and fresh mushrooms, the rest is filled with further salad deco and a large part of the frites. They are useful, although quite pale looking, sensible desired. The Scavenger today tall as always, thicker than usual, juicy with well dried panade. Finally there is an orchard (place from home, thank you for that. For the price I have mentioned, I do not look at my own pans, only as wine I would prefer one of me. "Like Zorro? Z is the newly designed restaurant of Hotel Zugbrücke in Grenzau. I was here for lunch today. To the brook very bright with a huge window front a welcoming large guest room has been created, in the middle by a step raised with comfortable chairs or Diner banks. Vocal ambience with bright wood, dark seat covers and dark plates, complemented with matching fabric colors on the ceiling, modern and elegant. Service personnel without end, very friendly, tried and fast. Very large is the standard buffet, very small and manageable is the card. For lunch, I ordered the potato soup with milk foam, bacon and marjoram (5,50€ and the salad "Z" with poularden fillets, crunchy leaf salads and homemade Westerwälder potato-Wildkräuterdressing (11,50€ ), because fresh regional herbal cuisine has taken the train bridge to the flags. The dry Riesling from the middle moss was good, came in the carafe, but unfortunately somewhat too warm. In addition, there was a basket with different types of bread, especially the very dark, and 2 varieties of butter. For soup: tastefully good, but the milk foam I would have, as the whole surface is taking, tasteful and visually not needed, maybe there would be a small Klecks cream fraiche a better idea. For pimped salad: a variety of really crunchy salads, carrots in thin stick form and fresh salad cucumbers (not my case, but the cook can't know that. For this, perfectly spiced fillets from the poulard breast and ... on an extra plate, the mysterious herbal dressing in the personal shaken bottle – so you also keep fit with/beim food, very well. Conclusion: a fresh kitchen that I will surely visit again"
