"On dit souvent que plus un restaurant propose des mets moins on a de chance de tomber sur du frais...logique budgétaire. Ici un seul plat:du fish & cheaps . On se dit qu'avec un seul plat à la carte, c'est du frais. Eh bien Banco ! Frais, croustillant, goûtu, on s'en met plein les doigts, un appétit sauvage prend possession de vous. Vous devorez ce fish & cheaps goulument.Oh mais que m'arrive-t-il ? C'est trop bon, voilà tout, pour être mangé. C'est à dévorer, oui oui ! Les frites sont meilleures que celles dégustées à Bruxelles (soit disant chez le meilleur). C'est à Rennes les meilleures frites pas besoin d'aller en Belgique. A cela s'ajoute une ambiance sans chichi, au service sympa. Miam !"

"The food we had was excellent but the level of service left a lot to be desired. They advertised moules on their menu but when we tried to order we were told that they were out of season (BBC website states that the best moules...are available between October and March our visit was on 10th March). We ordered an alternative (which was excellent) but then saw a lady at a table behind us tucking into a large bowl of moule frites.!! When asked the manager was unable to give an explanation. We also requested a large carafe of tap water. An opened litre bottle of water was brought which we drank, only to find when the bill arrived that we were charged for a branded bottle of mineral water. When this was raised we were told we should have noticed earlier. An excellent meal and evening was spoilt by a total lack of customer service. Will not be going back."
