"First, the location is good, the food is good. But the service is hit and miss! It is not consistent, sometimes I go there and it goes fast and sometimes it takes quite a lot of time! It looks like they don't have enough staff, but what I don't understand is why if there aren't many employees, the other employees who sometimes just walk around don't help? One day I waited for more than 10-15 minutes to order I was first in the line! Everything's okay! It's not the same when I go!"

"I ate Mexican food all over the nation. What I have learned is that different regions of the USA have different expectations. In the middle states it seems like large portions, hard in sauce and cheese is preferred. Honestly, it's just gone from some of the amazing dishes that people could have. There are many places around the Triad that offer more authentic Mexican food. That means Don Juans counts on her courts to appeal to the local population. It works, it's just not for me. Every time I'm gone, I almost always had great service, mediocre food and really decent drinks. The atmosphere for this type of space is perfect."

"I’ve been coming almost 2 years and it’s gotten worse and worse. For the price it’s a complete rip off. Just spent $25 on a kids quesadilla and an adult quesadilla with double meat. They gave me half a scoop chicken/ half scoop steak and was more tortilla than anything. Said this is pitiful I paid for double meat I want it. Not to mention now for adult quesadillas you have to download the app and order. What a pitiful experience. MOES it is from now on, you get your moneys worth not here where they scrap what’s been left on the floor and feed it into this sorry thing they call a burrito"
