"After the suggestion from our local Greek friend, we went to Poseidonio many times in our 10 days in Corfu. Great quality food, many choices for vegetarians and Greek food lovers, at a very reasonable price. The staff was always friendly and happy to exchange a few words after the meal. "Excellent family Taverne! We came here three times in our stay in Corfu. The seafood is fresh, and it is at the old port so you have a view of the sea and the mountains on the horizon. Prices are low, clearly a good offer! And the owners are very friendly and nice. We recommend the fried seafood plate (shrimps squids . The frying batter is very light, and it makes the seafood very pleasant."

"We went here twice during our stay in Corfu. We went for seafood on the first day, the second time we decided to try their Italian food. Both were a success! Their food is so yummy and fresh! The location is also beautiful, cause it’s right at the Spaniada square, so you can see the old fortress in front of you. Great staff, great service, great food and great location. "Felt absolutely uninvited, as if I had to be. Employees were rude and I waited around 40 minutes for fries and small shrimp, it was not even busy. I’m a woman of colour and I could really tell that the people who work there act different towards me, as well as all the other customers there, they were all staring as if I was an alien. Never again! Food-was not spiced, and cold."

"This was part of a trip from our ship. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was OK and I wasn't a big fan of the fish. I think if we were alone and order what we wanted instead of a menu we would have done better. I'd like to have a traditional lamb roast, but another time."
