"I love this chain, I really do, but this particular franchise is slipping in my opinion. Since moving to Canberra in 2015 until current, I have noticed a progressive decline in this business. I have no qualms in paying extra for black rice or guacamole, but if you're going to charge extra for these things at least do them well and don't scrimp on the serving size (that goes for all of the ingredients for that matter - I recently bought a burrito that was the size of a chikito because the server had scrimped on everything). It's a little offensive to pay extra for undercooked rice and $2 for a dessert spoon of guac. Come on guys, you can do better than that. I will still continue to support this business because of the convenient location and I enjoy the food for the most part, but please give me my monies worth."

"Just had diner, and it was great, value for money with six of us eating for $135, worth the money. With good flavour and a variety to pick from when ordering. The only issue which is why i gave a four star was due to a little bit of a wait, expected due to lack of staff, but arrived at 7pm and was eating by 7:30."

"Got served by a young girl. No eye contact. I politely asked for apple slice, she looked into distance as she spoke to me coldly. On the fourth go she got it, but no before more ice cold treatment. Then she just WALKED OFF! Her colleague had to come and pick up the pieces, she was cold too but at least made an effort. I also tried to call the number for Saigon Bakery to speak to manager it said it that the number is not connected (tried sseveral times). People this cold towards others should not be allowed anywhere near a shopfront. I am a grown man, I work and study and enjoy my friends. So why should I get treated like dirt where I go to eat and relax. Not even dirt lol just invisible. I just pray the manager will see that this criticism will help his bakery by taking out the trash."
