"All in a nice evening, sit a little tight .. is an old house. Ambience so cozy and me. We hate the services that come to the table every 5 minutes, but here the service might have come a little more often, we sat long before the empty dishes. Salad from the buffet, partly, unfortunately, how often experienced on the Moselle... not fresh or not well made. Otherwise well made food, also optically well dressed. The wine is appreciated in the upper segment, although the wine grows right outside the door."

"This is a wonderful, family-run hotel, with cozy rooms, very clean. It is located on the main road, close to many local restaurants, but fortunately, in has also its own restaurant, perhaps not enough advertised for. If you stay here, it's not worth eating it somewhere else. The kitchen, a fusion of German-French flavors, is superlative. There are many good restaurants in Schsoft, but nothing beats this. Flawless execution, charm, attention to detail, friendliness... The owners seem to remember every guest and everyone is greeted with a smile. Since we live in Schsoft, we do not stay at the hotel, but we have recommended relatives who came to visit and they only had superlative terms to describe it."
In beautiful weather you can even be served in the outdoor area.

"I can't talk about the hotel, but the restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Perfectly cooked steaks, delicious chanterelles soup, and possibly the best vegetarian dish we've ever had (gnocchi). Don't expect a cheap quick meal, but the price is very reasonable."
