"Several issues1. Took them too long to answer the phone , I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni with 10 wings2. One of the cooks wasn’t wearing gloves and I watched him make several sandwich’s in between customers3. I asked them not to burn my pizza and this is what I got4. I pulled up one slice and the cook with no gloves said it isn’t burnt and that’s the way they cook it5. I flipped all of them over to show him the bottom is burnt and he said if I didn’t want it then I don’t have to touch the rest of them as if he was going to sell the rest to someone else6. He asked ME to put it in the trash !!7. I asked if they could make another one since I paid for it with my card already and waited another ten minutes8. When I asked if they were going to make the pizza after waiting another ten minutes the girl at the counter said she didn’t know and had to ask !!!9. She came back and said he will make the pizza after he finishes praying10. I asked for my money back and suddenly they are cashing out and after 10 minutes of them trying yo figure out why homegirls drawer is short $113 they gave me the refund “supposedly “ of $22 for the pizza minus the wings that are now sitting in my car getting cold.11. AFTER ASKING ME TO PUT THE PIZZA IN THE TRASH AFTER FLIPPING IT OVER , THEY ASKED FOR IT BACK !!!!!12. Paid $15 for 10 small pieces of wings and then one had the nerve to yell have a nice day while I was leaving as if I wasn’t gonna post this .The proof is right here ! Never going back !"

"The driver seemed offended and plopped the pizza on the porch. The instructions stated no contact. I figured she would appreciate it and be OK with that because I informed her that there was covid in our house. I was surprised she got offended when I was trying to protect her. All the grocery delivery people have been grateful for me doing it this way. I was a bit taken aback that she got offended that I was protecting her. Also they forgot the plates I called about."

"Do NOT use grub hub, your order will arrive inedible and they will not replace it. Last time I’m doing that!!!! Chilis has not responded and did not replace the food so we won’t be back to this location either. They’re 3 stars on their best day, which isn’t often.my food sat in the rain in a puddle for 40 minutes and was completely inedible. I’ve been sick with an “unknown infection “ for two months and all I wanted was three days of food for myself and my daughter.ETA: I am not jumping through hoops. If you want more info about my order, you can reach out to the restaurarnt manager, who can go through all the transactions. You were so late replying that I no longer have my receipt."
In beautiful weather you can even eat in the outdoor area, and there is complimentary WiFi.

"I’m so happy that I can share a piece of my childhood with my daughter. This place brought so much joy to me as a chubby kid in South Carolina and it is now doing the same thing to my daughter. It’s her 2nd favorite place to be right behind the beach and playing in the sand. She loves ALL the games, toys, soda’s, and I can’t forget her favorite food pizza. The pizza is still as delicious as I remember when I was a kid ?. She always makes friends when she’s here and she begs for more time here even after we’ve been here for over two hours lol. $70 here will give you plenty of pizza, soda, and about 3 hours of unlimited fun for you and your little one."
