"The food is pretty good but don’t go here unless you want to wait at least an hour and a half for food and then it still comes out slowly. Also the service is sub-par and sake is served Luke warm. They need more cooks in the kitchen or something! Second time we’ve tried but I can’t say we’ll be back."
When the weather is nice you can also have something outside.

"I called to make a reservation for 12 and was told they don't take reservations but to call back after 330 to confirm with manager.Called back 345 and was told I can have a reservation at 630 and asked if we wanted inside or outside, I chose inside. We showed up on time and no one new about our reservation and was very rude in telling me that I didn't call back to confirm!I explained that I did call and was told everything was ok? We sat outside in the cold at three different tables with the worst service I've ever had ! Then proceeded to charge all of us 20% gratuity on separate tickets at separate tables !And to top it off the food wasn't that good!Ventura is too small of a city to do this to it's locals !"

"Dude! This place is goooooodddd! Stopped in with a friend for lunch the other day. I ordered the first ramen on the menu and it was so worth it. I went with a 3 for spicy and it was perfect. Could have been a little more spicy but it’s all good. The staff was super friendly. Great service!"

"We love the sushi at Kibo. Mali is amazing and has created an array of gluten-free deliciousness that blows away anything anyone else has to offer. The GF garlic edamame has just the right amount of kick making it my new obsession, and the Where 's Waldo roll is excellent. We sat outside in the enclosure with the heat lamps and our dog who had tempura shrimp . When I asked her how many stars, she said all of them. She can 't count, but she 's a very smart dog."

"Had the chicken teriyaki had little flavor, had to add more sauce to make taste ok. They do not offer any refill on sodas. They were rushing though order and not that busy. Not impressed with the food.Food: 2/5"
