"Sur les conseils de TripAdvisor, j'ai réservé une table à la Galinette pour un dîner avec mon épouse et dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes demandés si nous ne nous étions pas trompés de restaurant : salle déserte, décor kitch et une patronne qui fait tout, accueil, cuisine et service. Et bien, ne vous fiez pas aux apparences, nous sommes repartis ravis car le meilleur était dans l'assiette, une cuisine raffinée et originale (prenez le mélange de fraises, olives et sorbet d'aubergines en dessert et vous serez comblés), le tout servi rapidement (un peu trop) par l'unique personne maîtresse des lieux. Nous aurions aimé davantage de présentation au moment de servir les plats, une carte de vins plus étoffée et un vrai café pour finir le dîner (pas la Senseo visible par tous) et cela aurait été parfait. Cela dit, ce restaurant mérite d'être connu et reconnu, allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus."
