"Nous sommes allé manger un midi au Tam's Kitchen de Fribourg - déjà pour la 2ème fois. La nourriture est excellente tout comme la qualité des ingrédients. Ils proposent différents menus à des prix très correcte et les plats sur la carte suivent également un bon rapport qualité/prix. J'ai pour ma part pris le boeuf croustillant - 2 personnes auraient eu amplement assez, et nous avons également pris le porc caramélisé. Je recommande ces deux plats !La vue sur la terrasse tout comme dans le restaurant est à couper le souffle. Une terrasse surplombant toute la ville. A faire juste pour la beauté du paysage!Petit bémol, il faut prévoir assez de temps lorsqu'on décide de prendre des plats à la carte. En moyenne sur mes 2 visites j'ai passé 2h (1 entrée et 1 plat par personne) sur la terrasse. Cette attente est compensé par la beauté du lieu ;) et surtout qui prouve que les plats sont fraichement préparés."
