"In our holiday at the North Sea in Wangerland we tested the restaurant La Primavera. However, I must say that we do not thrive inside or on the spacious terrace, but everything we take away. So there is only the impression of ordering and receiving food inside. It looks neat and relatively spacious, but very dark. Immediately after the arrival of the door you come to the reception halls where you are welcomed more or less friendly. There we ordered. The outdoor terrace was unfortunately closed because the weather was not so intoxicating, but this is generally very welcoming as it is large and spacious. La Primavera is located relatively far from the centre of Hooksiel, where more gastronomy is. So this restaurant has more or less a monopoly position in this district, which one also notices at the prices that are generally averaged approx. 2,00 € are higher when comparing pizza and pasta. It is fair to say that the sections are somewhat larger. Since La Primavera offers almost everything the tourists like: pizza, pasta, steaks, fish, good citizenship, salads, specialties from the grill (Cevapcici.. etc.. Sometimes you say when a restaurant all over the beet it harms the quality of food. We were excited! For two adults and two children ordered. Pizzeria Pasta Rogatoni Porto – cooking ham, broccoli in cream sauce Mini Wini – Chicken Nuggets with pommes children's carving with pommes pizza rolls The order was approx. 15 minutes to take, which is very fixed, although the restaurant was already very well filled. I wanted a pizza and I was happy. When I lifted up the lid, I saw the good piece, and I was only half enthusiastic. She seemed slightly smaller than the 32 centimeters in diameter. For fun I measured with a band. Most far it was only 29 centimeters. The cover looked as good as possible, but the second nausea also occurred during cutting. The dough was not completely baked in the middle. It was tasteful on average. The pasta, on the other hand, was better, that was filled with fresh ingredients and overall was good for me also a little, my wife tasted it. The Chicken Nuggets with pommes for the small guests were issued in a Styrofoam box. The part in itself was a little lazy, especially the number of pommes that had to be desired, even if it is a child. For this, the Nuggets tasted neatly and the Pommes I found very tasty. The children's carving with Pommes was also thrown into a polystyrene box, the kitchen even had to bend the carving to get it. S did not look nice and the pig would have earned a more loving transport route to the last resting place, but the taste of Schnitzel and Pommes has convinced! The meat was nicely tender and without tendencies. The pizza rolls were packed in aluminum foil and should have been usually warm – but they were cold – unfortunately. Everything in a little shadow around the light. If the pizza was a one-time slip, then I would recommend the place for dinner because everything else was good. On the plates in the restaurant, all this certainly looks more inviting, but on the basis of our dear Corona pandemic we prefer to avoid full premises. What happened to me in comparison to other restaurants in the place were the even higher prices for food – in this holiday there was something to eat in the city center, as we paid 10,00€ less and got more. Despite everything recommended."

"During our vacation in Hooksiel we stayed at Da Rocco for dinner. The restaurant looked quite inviting at first glance, as the beautiful weather invited to sit outside. Since I don't contract dairy products, I asked before ordering whether they are in the Bolognese sauce. The service asked in the kitchen and only meant that she can't say it exactly. Then I asked that the Bolognese was made himself, that was hunted, but made me somewhat suspicious, because if I cook myself, I also know what's in it. We ordered a total of two pizzas and spaghetti Bolognese. We were very disappointed with the food. The pizzas were quite small and pretty faded with 24 cm (big pizza). Also the spaghetti were a much too small portion and also cooked without taste and sweet. Every finished product tastes better and I don't think too much of it. And € 5, for 0.4l apple choir limit already at nausea. The food was really disappointing."
