"Went there on a Friday night (last night) for an early dinner (voucher), straight away greeted by a warm welcome by the person in the bar. We were given a choice of where we wanted to sit. He Showed the menu and explained what we...can have. He was very attentive and consistent in his warm and friendly service without being intrusive. Offered to take photo of our family when he saw we were taking shots of each other. Knew when to refill our water without being asked. Even wiped our table clean to prepare for dessert one of the services I've only seen at Dinner by Heston. Felt bad that I didn't leave tip for him last night so instead I'm writing this review to recognise the great service we had. By the way the food is not bad either. We had the course meal deal and the stand out dishes for us are the satay chicken -so moist, juicy and tasty even without having to dip in the sauce , very generous portion too sticks for an entree. The calamari salad was also good. Calamari is cooked well -very tender, I love the dressing of the salad good balance of sweetness and acidity. Spiced poached pear was so yummy, scooped all the juice out to try and work out what's in it. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the wonderful evening."

"Visited club blacktown on Wednesday for lunch, after having a very informative and professional conversation over the phone with Robert at the front desk. I was with my Family and it was an exceptional experience. Food is fresh and tasty from Villagio. The kitchen is Incredibly clean and organised. Coffee is delicious and was well made by Kelly. Her service was outstanding as well. We were greeted by Helen who was wonderfully hospitable! The outdoor greens and play area is so safe and enjoyable for children and I loved that I could see my daughters playing, it was great peace of mind. Looking forward to our next visit!"

"Admittedly we had a late lunch and it was quiet, but we were greeted and seated very quickly. The food was amazing we had pizzas all served very quickly, and it was hot, the pizza was light and flavoursome. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The dessert was just beautiful, I had the pannacotta and I just did not want it to end. This is a jewel hidden away in surburbia and I am so glad that we found it. Please all give it a go, as I will most definitely be back. Just a small suggestion maybe extend the menu as it is small, but I guess after they have been established they will do this. Thank you guys for a wonderful meal"
