"Unfortunately, this is the only location which will deliver to our workplace, and it is regularly ... a disaster. If you order in person, the quality is the same as any other Chipotle. However, If you're not there to supervise the creation of your burrito, it's going to be, more often than not, incorrect and tiny. We just had three tacos delivered which, with the foil, weighed less than 4 oz. Including the fees, those tacos cost $16. A burrito was ordered with extra cheese, came with none; also poorly wrapped so it was spilling out into the bag. The second burrito was also tiny, half the size you would get in-person. This group order cost $72.It's a testament to how much we like Chipotle that we continue to hope for the best and order from this location. Out of the dozens of orders across the past two years, I would say they've been unacceptable more than 50% of the time.Customers are not going to be satisfied with toddler portions and slapped-together, inaccurate orders. Chipotle charges extra for delivered items, yet they clearly don't care about the quality. If I were corporate, I would clean house as this location is tarnishing the brand."

"-WARNING SUPER LONG KAREN RANT- I’m so frustrated with how this chipotle runs now. When I first moved here it was perfect. Now recently I ordered a bowl with no dairy or chicken in it, just guacamole , sofritas, rice, salsa verde, and black beans. What do I get when I open my order at home? Chicken and sour cream on top of my order. I’m vegetarian so I couldn’t eat any of it. Shame on me for not checking the bowl I guess (yes it was the right order I picked up) also I understand the avocado shortage being in effect as of right now and the online app did say it was out of stock. But yesterday the app said it was back in stock so I decided to order and my boyfriend picked it up for me (without really checking, bad on our part but we shouldn’t have to check in the first place) and there was still no guacamole and we were STILL charged for it. Also if the restaurant is out of Mexican coke that does NOT MEAN I WANT A MEXICAN SPRITE… Just refund my drink and I’ll be on my merry way. Also not being able to get an actual human on the phone is infuriating, and when you finally do get the robot to connect you to a human nobody answers."

"We used to eat DON TACO like once a week. I could pull bank statements. Lol. We quit eating there so much when my order kept getting messed up. Tonight I decided to give it a go again. This is the THIRD time they have forgotten the chicken on my nachos. Not just skimped. But there is not a single piece of meat. Tonight was the first time I called to tell them. Hoping I could run down there and have it corrected before I have to pick up Broderick. Nope. They are not allowed to correct their mistakes without a manager present. And she's not in until tomorrow. Absolute bullshit. He offers to call his manager and says he'll call me back. She says I can have a half portion of the chicken because they can't prove that I didn't pick any out. Seriously!?! Now you've taken my money and not given my what I paid for AND I'm lying?!? So guess who's going in tomorrow morning to meet this manager with a full plate of nachos that she can dig through herself as well as my bank statements showing how often we've given them our business. "Great food. Used to stop by the one on Crescent all the time for some great tacos and a bottle of real-sugar coke. Good stuff.Past two times though, I’ve been handed the “Tip 15, 18, or 20%” selection when paying by card in the drive through. I don’t tip drive-through staff (I expect the restaurant to pay a fair wage here), and it is time-consuming and awkward to manually enter a 0% tip.I would gladly pay more for tacos, etc. for this company to pay a fair wage to their employees, but I’m not going to be guilted into a tip in the drive through every time. In fact, the fact that they request a tip suggests to me that the business is not paying their people a fair wage without tip, and that’s not okay with me.I would have sent this via email to the company or owner if they had email listed anywhere on their website.Cannot recommend until they pay their staff well enough that they don’t need to ask for tips for a drive through order."
