"My wife and I we're not impressed at all. I had sausage cheese omelette potatoes and biscuit with gravy. My wife had egg white omelet with bacon potatoes and biscuit. My omelette and potatoes came out almost 5 minutes before her omelette did. My biscuitwith gravy came out about 3 minutes after she got her omelette. The potatoes on my plate and I put a picture to show thedifference they put the burnt side down and the side that look good up on the plate, some were so burnt I couldn't eat them.They weren't real busy when we got there, but they did have a party I have about 12 to 14 already seated waiting for their food.So that party might be one reason why our food came out different time."

"The lady who took our orders rushed us and was very rude until I told her that she was not rude. when we came into the window to get our order, they were confused and asked me what we ordered. 3 different people came into the window and put up hands in our pocket without gloves to find out what was in it. our order was easy. 3 bagels and an order of a cheese. not hard! I said something about so many people who treat our order without gloves. he asked if I wanted new and said yes. they took the bag on the back, put on gloves, then (what I think he did) brought out the same bag. I and my children didn't eat that. too big. why does the guy take the money of the people with the food? especially without gloves?! 1 star is far too many. c ya panera. You're terrible."
