"My son and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant based on reviews. We found both the service and the food to be average. We each had the house speciality seafood dish. It was ok. The worst part was the cigarette smoke. We recognize...that it may be a cultural difference, two ladies, apparently friends of the manager, came in after we were seated near us and smoked without ordering food. It’s a small closed in patio so the smoke has no where to go. It ruined our experience. We now have to take showers and do laundry to remove the odor. We’ve not encountered anything like this elsewhere in France despite being here for over two weeks."

"We enjoyed the meal here. We were on the last night of the holiday, preparing for the journey back to England the following day. The food was well-cooked and well-presented. Unusually I had fish, and even more unusually, enjoyed it. I even had a dessert, profiteroles, some of the best I have had. The wine was fairly ordinary.This is a pleasant bistrot in the middle of a beach that is more a reminder of Skegness than Nice. It was very busy though, on one of the hottest days of the year."
