"Food was great but the restaurant was extremely hot and made our dining experience miserable. We asked about their air-conditioning and was told they weren't aware of any problems. Our waiter had sweat rolling down his forehead. Everyone in our party couldn't wait to finish their food and get out of there. The restaurant needs to figure out what the problem is because it's bad business to not have adequate AC for your paying customers"

"Chloe Just Killed! My family had an impromptu breakfast reunion, we threw Chloe in the mix. She was a server Savant! She didn?t miss a beat, kept her drinks full, and did it all with a smile. I will go back to this IHOP just because of Chloe. They were very accommodating and worked well together as a team to get everyone in the family their food is fresh as possible. For a big box store restaurant, they absolutely killed it."

"The only reason I gave one star is because there was nothing lower. We ordered $98 worth of food for 3 people. 3 steaks, potatoes, soup, salad, Mac and cheese, 3 drinks and 3 desserts. We used Uber and they delivered promptly. We got the food to our room and were very disappointed to see that there was only eating utensils for 1 person. The steaks looked like hockey pucks, the medium steak was cold in the center and tough (we realized this as we ate the steak with our fingers, because there wasn?t enough utensils for everyone. The Mac and cheese was cold and appeared to have little to no cheese in it. The ?loaded? baked potatoes had no butter or sour cream. We didn?t get the soup we ordered, the butter cake was supposed to have strawberries and whipped cream, and there was none to be found. We called and spoke to the manager who apologized and seem to think that the fact that they were understaffed was a justifiable reason for the order we received. She offered to have the meal prepared again but only if we would go pick it up. She said if we wanted our money back we would have to file a complaint with Uber. This is absolutely unacceptable. Definitely not happy with Outback this time around and there probably won?t be a next time We finally we?re able to get some forks from the hotel we are staying at."

"They weren't too busy, Seated quickly, they took our drink order and we waited and waited... finally they brought our drinks. But our waiter had too go back and get his order book and we waited, but not as long as we waited after ordering our food!! From the time we walked in till they FINALLY brought us our check, 1½ hours. Never, not once was there an offer to refill any drinks."
