"After having experienced a smoked trout in the Bremsdorfer Mühle during the hikes in the Schlaubetal, we have eaten there by Siehdichum. As expected, the restaurant was well visited at sunny early spring weather. We arrived early and found a place in the garden without effort, and later three more flutes came to our table. Together we enjoyed the sun and the good food. Overall, the visit of the Bremsdorfer Mühle was the I Tüpfelchen on a big day in the Schlaubetal. Operation The friendly service had everything in best view despite full-scale location. We could quickly place our order. There was no menu, but the service informed us about the available food and drinks. She also pointed out that the waiting period for pan dishes was longer, we had time and we were happy about freshly prepared dishes). Later she advised us to share a piece of cake, which was a good recommendation given the size of the portions. The food While we waited for our food, we have cleared our thirst with a large red barrel shower. From the selection of dishes, among others, cabbage, deer goulash, wild beef, we chose the roasted salmon trout with potatoes, root vegetables and salad.
