"Was collecting in the area and called in for fish and chips. I was expecting the usual average chippy fiood I have disappointingly come to expect but what a wonderful surprise: quite possibly the best f&c i’ve ever had. The only disappointment is the fact i’m not from the area so may never have chance to go back. Truly excellent thank you."

"I will go theo’s place regularly for some time and do not know why I have not written any review yet. best chippy in the opposite with quality, inexpensive food. they are always very friendly and seem to know most of their stem names and find a minute to chat while waiting for them to eat. there was an opportunity when they were closed and I made the mistake of going into another facility, but there was no comparison. our dog peppa also gives a 5-star rating based on the Jumbo sausage she is treated every time we go there. would definitely recommend without hesitation"

"Called in recently for a chippy tea. Despite the difficult times, the service was slick and the quality as high as ever with light crispy batter on the fish and chips perfectly cooked. This is certainly the benchmark for other chippies to aspire to."

"The best fish and chips we have had! The portions were really good. You could tell it was a quality piece of fish which was cooked to perfection, it flaked away. The chips were chunky and not greasy and we would highly recommend!"
