"It's pretty good, normally get the takeaway but this time eat in. Pretty much the only Indian restaurant in the area. Prices are alright some things are a bit pricey."

"Tried this place the other day when I received a new menu by them. We ordered for 5 of us and the portions where large sizes. The food was some of the best Indian food I've had. If not the best. I will certainly be going back there. I'd recommend anyone to give these guys a go as its amazing value for money"

"Arrived soon after opening so the restaurant was empty apart from us and a couple picking up a takeaway. Very warm welcome from the lovely lady who seems to be the proprietor. I had Spicy Turkey Gizzard (always one for adventurous eating) and my friend had the Fish Pepper soup enormous portion of fish! I liked the flavour of the gizzards but for me the texture was quite chewy not a problem with the cooking just the nature of the meat I think. I had a really nice jerk chicken for main and my friend had the curry goat which also went down very well. Washed down with a few beers and a rum or two it was a good meal and I would definitely go again, possibly when it was more full with a bit more atmosphere."

"We wanted somewhere we could catch up with our cousin who we hadn't seen for a number of years. He wanted to go to a pub and my sister found details for The Plough. We were given a warm welcome, service was great and they were understanding when we needed more time as we'd be busy talking rather than choosing from the menu. I went for the chicken curry and my sister and cousin decided on the steak and ale pie you can see from the photos that the portions were generous and the food tasted delicious! I'd highly recommend The Plough to anyone, it was the perfect place for a catch up and when I'm back in the area again I'll be popping in for another meal ."
