"We chose to have a celebratory lunch here earlier this week and were really pleased with the choice. Although a lovely round table had been set for us inside in the stylish dining-room, we asked if we could move to the outdoor terrace area, where a table was promptly laid for us.The menu choice was excellent, ranging from 29 euros for a basic no-options meal , up through 39 and 49 to 57 at the top end, offering a delicious range of dishes. The wine list was broad in quality as well as price, offering something for everyone.Service from the owners was outstanding and sensitive, although one of the younger waiting staff was a bit clueless.Unusually for France we were allowed to carry on sitting and eating from 1pm, when we arrived, until nearly 5pm. We paid 60 euros/head for the 39 euro menu plus two bottles of wine, 6 of water, aperitifs and coffee: excellent value overall.To be recommended. NB Not in the centre of Riom, so you need a car."

"The first place where I tasted a local breizh cola, elsewhere the service and the staff was good, the young man was open to speak in English, friendly, fun kerl. I asked him to prepare a special meal for my son (as he has a Crohn disease), because he has a special diet at the moment and cannot eat much. I had a “Salad with goat cheese” as vegeterian there were not so many options. I love the view of the sea."

"Certainly laid there by the bus without any other choice, apart from the picnic pulled from the bag, despite the sudden collapse of the buses on June 8th, we expected to the worst! the reception was nice, the placement (viewed by sea in the distance) fast, the efficient service. the fish dish and fries arrived very quickly, very hot and very good. idem for dessert, coffee and...... the belliloise beer!.. the staff was nice, pleasant despite the "no race" indispensable.
