"Lovely place in this quaint little town ! Excellent food , service and ambiance ! People here are kind and lovely. Food is really fresh and made to order. Desserts are also great. The view from the restaurant is really nice and I can't recommend a better place than this."

"Great food and atmosphere. There are a variety of vegetarian options, all of which looked amazing. I had the aubergine which was delicious. My friend had the rump steak, that she really enjoyed it. "Had a late lunch there and it was very good. Even though the menu was simple (it is a bakery) everything was made to order and tasted good. The staff was very nice and friendly."

"Vegan options clearly listed on the menu and in a beautiful place. The food was so flavourful they clearly had considered what different ingredients to use for their vegan dishes to make them outstanding. The staff were also very friendly and I got to watch birds flying around outside and a cute cat sitting on a fence. Skye is a beautiful island and I really want to go back!"

"The late Sir Ian Noble really started something, when he conceived the notion of a Gaelic College on Skye. It's developed by leaps and bounds at this lovely end of the island, so close to Armadale Ferry and well worth hunting down. Tucked away in the corner, and serving both students and passers through, the prices are very good. The soup makes for an excellent value lunch, and there's a good range of cakes and other offerings on display. Right now is a two month long Skye festival (July and August) and many events will be taking place both here, and the younger site, just up the road.I was here for the opening concert in the oldest building. A fantastic evening, with English sub titles!! Thoroughly recommended; and the staff are very friendly."

"Jann’s Cake shop is absolutly fabulous. We ordered cake, soup and cream teas for two. Everything was amaizing, the cream teas were the best we had in years. Yes, it takes 15-20 minutes to order, but it was worth the wait!! All the food is produced with care, very tastefull and large portions. If we visit Dunvegan again, we’ll go back!"
