"There's not much to choose from on a Sunday in Vernon and frankly Fujiyama did not look that inviting but we were glad we went there. There are a lot of different ways to get something to eat here but we chose the 44 euro...boat for 2 and couldn't finish it. It looked so much smaller in the illustration and quite clearly we couldn't count. 2 bowls of delicious miso soup started it off, 8 hot and tasty meat brochettes and then a boatload of sushi with pickled ginger and wasabi on the side. The mackerel was particularly good and there was perhaps a surfeit of salmon. The most disappointing were the prawns. This restaurant is definitely recommended."
