"They didn’t have our reservation, but we were still greeted and seated very quickly. It was my friends birthday and had requested something special. There was zero mention of it. But that is ok. Service was completely slow. I requested no sesame seeds as they make me really sick and no teriyaki sauce. The server said they don’t put sesame seeds on anything. They absolutely put it on everything and then put teriyaki on everything including my filet. I told the server and she said oh sorry. Our drinks took forever and when I asked about them I was told we didn’t expect to be so busy so we had to call in a bartender. We got our drinks after our soup, salad and sushi and right before the hibachi. The hibachi show was the least interesting I had ever seen. The taste of the rice was really good, the chicken and steak besides I hate teriyaki was really good. It was all cooked really well. So I didn’t give it one star because the food if they would have made it the way I ordered it would have been great. I wish they could have done something for my friends birthday too but the service was so slow we were just ready to leave by the end. I didn’t want to wait for them to recook anything because it was already so late when they started cooking so I just nibbled a few bites and was thankful I got sushi because it was delicious! So I didn’t starve. They did not offer to make anything right when brought to their attention besides oh sorry. We were there for work and will travel back soon, but won’t go there for sure."

"I visit this restaurant very often. Service food is always been great but last night staff was a extreme let down. I went to the bar to place a to go order. I placed my order at 9:10 pm. I ordered a sandwich fries so it should have only took 15 minutes to make. I asked 2 different bartenders on 3 separate occasions, can they check on my order. On the 4th time of me asking they went to the kitchen brought out my food, by this time it was 9:40 pm. Almost 30 minutes for a to go order with just a sandwich fries is completely unacceptable. I checked my order before I left of course the fries was cold it was only 8 fries on my plate. I notified the bartender she SNATCHED my food out my hand thru it in the trash very aggressively. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very respectful smooth things over. I was very disappointed in my experience at this restaurant especially that I’m a regular customer here. I won’t be returning to this 54th Street for a while."

"First time to take the time to leave a bad review. It all has to do with customer service. Came to restaurant to watch a football game. Asked two members of staff to check to see if we could get our game on which was being aired by ESPN so no issue with getting access. One staff member never followed up and the server went to socialize with coworkers before coming to us to inform us they would not be able to accommodate our request. We cancelled order and left. Before leaving I asked to speak to the manager so they would know why we were leaving which was more to do with the lack of follow up by the staff. We won't be back and hopefully the staff understands the important of their level of service and the experience by the consumer."

"Really good Thai food and a great lunch special!! During lunch they have you order from the kiosk and during dinner, it's full-service. The gentleman working here was super friendly and nice. He made great recommendations to us and explained the whole ordering process. He is greatly appreciated! We both ordered Fried Rice, I ordered the Thai Spicy Basil with Hot level spicy and it was delicious! Perfect amount of heat. There is level Thai Hot as well. I want to try that next time. We will definitely return and recommend. So lucky it's close to work too."

"Food was hot and fresh. Place was very clean and restrooms were nice and clean as well. This location is one of the smallest Pei Wei’s I have been to but the dinning room was still comfortable. The employees were friendly. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp and my friend had the House Special. Both were delicious. There is indoor and nice patio for outside dining. I would eat here again."
