"My boyfriend walked from our VRBO everyday to get us coffee and breakfast, as parking can be challenging in downtown Savannah. On the last night of our trip, we both stopped by the store on our way back from dinner to stock up for the next day. He got a 32 oz fountain drink, an expensive slice of cake, and we had our arms full of energy drinks and tall waters for our 4 1/2 hour drive home the next day. After we rang ourselves up at the self-checkout register, he asked for a bag. Jasmine rudely told us they were running low and refused to give us one. We explained that we had a lot of stuff to carry several blocks away, pointing out that we 'd been paying customers all weekend long and deserved a bag the same as the guy in front of us with only a couple items. She told us that we had to purchase alcohol to get a bag and called my boyfriend inconsiderate for asking for one when there were other customers with even more stuff. She rolled her eyes, shook her head, and huffed, standing her ground on not giving us one bag. The other guy behind the counter handed us a bag to deescalate the situation. We were in disbelief at how incredibly rude and unprofessional Jasmine was and to be told that we have to buy alcohol to get a bag is another whole issue that I 'm not going to get into on here, but wrong, to say the least. After carrying our groceries back to our VRBO, we decided to return that bag, along with all of the bags from our previous purchases, and share a personal story that made this experience even worse. Jasmine remained rude and told my boyfriend that what he was saying did not matter. While the store itself was convenient and nice, I 'm basing my star rating on the incredibly horrible and offensive customer service that we received on Sunday night. We did decide to go to a different Parker 's on Monday morning for our daily coffee, just not this one."

"Me and my roommates live down the street so we eat here pretty often. It's always good! My favorite thing here is definitely the quesadilla but the fact that you can order the tacos individually makes it perfect whether you want just a little bite or a big meal.Parking: There's a small parking lot on the north side of the building off of Habersham, but if it's full people usually park on the street which is no problem. There aren't any meters this far out so you don't have to worry about paying to park!"

"They really need to work more than one person and must definitely touch on their customer service skills. the cassian didn't recognize the people at all. we stood there for 20 minutes before they even went to register. then she drank her drink wordless in the register card, without letting the dame know before me that she could order so that she just got angry for 5 minutes. No one knew what was going on so that everyone was gone. this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'd rather yell at it than if someone who didn't say anything or ordered anyone. she seemed super lost."

"Attached to a gas station, small outdoor tables, clean environment. In reality this should be a 3.5.Sadly, This Ventanita left a little to be desired for my Cuban heart. The guys at the counter were both quite friendly, after chatting with one of them I learned one was from Havana, so we spoke about where we were from.I asked about the coffee as a coffee lover at heart, I wanted to know about the cafecito . Here I ordered a colada and a cortadito. A colada is meant to be shared and therefore served with sharing cups IYKYK. That was not the case here. The cortadito, which comes in sizes? Was too large for a cortadito and I got the small. Flavor profile was ok, but I missed the espumita.Quick counter ordering, no true seating but great for a grab and go option.For food I got the pork , white rice with the black beans and sweet plantains. I will say the Lechon was on point, it was moist and flavorful. The beans and rice were ok, heavy on Cuban on the beans and a bit drier than desired. The plantains were ok.We also got empanadas both beef and Chicken) and Cuban sandwiches. The bread on the Cuban was not right, but the sandwich overall was ok.They were out of croquetas, so if you want to try that go earlier. We were there around 5pm)Vegetarian options: Chickpeas"
