"I was here a few times. A few years ago, a vegan shepherd cake that was ok but not great. Then a beautiful risotto had a year or so before, that was not vegan, but they assured me it was. Last time I left, there was nothing to eat except chips, but was not allowed to have chips on my own. Nice pub though. Outside the seats is also beautiful."

"Fantastic eating, great service, cheap. a starter and four dishes is a perfect set for two. singha beer and tiger on tap that is a bonus. make them safe and tables at a reasonable distance. Friday evening visited and there were only 12 guests throughout the restaurant that seemed to be of design. the personal is very friendly. it was fairly warm after the chili infused pork so prepared for that! overall, brilliant restaurant and I will come back happy."

"We moved here 5 weeks ago and have eaten here 4 times so far and had 1 takeaway. Ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio and given house wine, tasting like crap!Tonight checked our bill for the first time. What a rip off! Charged £6 for 6 pompadoms and and sauce. Queried this and the and was totally dismissed. Customer service is was absolutely shocking! Was advised to go to Zara in Mayland but we thought we would support our local. Never again!!!!!"

"Had a take away tonight. Lady was lovely on the phone. However food wasn’t great. It was bland, raita was curdled and the vegetables in the curry were obvious frozen mixed vegetables (sweetcorn, peas, carrots and broad beans). Didn’t really enjoy unfortunately Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20"

"From the first impressions they could be decomposed from the decoration of this cafe/tea room. it looks very small from outside, but is much more spacious inside. Once they cost the food, they will forget the environment. one of the best fry ups I had, the portion sizes are very generous. beautiful afternoon also. personal friendly, but it can be very busy on a sunny day and especially busy with all biker (general middle men) at the weekend."

"We have just put our boat in the marina here for the season and are so glad we did. The Swallowtail is the marina bar and restaurant. It has a fantasic view over the marina, a great relaxed atmosphere and is very friendly indeed. I can see we will be frequent visitors."

"My wife I just had the most fantastic curry huhn tikka main. we have both noticed that most of the curry houses/take always in burnham on crouch have cut since the covid pandemic corners, so it was a great to find a restaurant that needs their time to prepare the food and cook it to a very delicious high standard. we waited half an hour for our head, which was well worth waiting because our whun, rice naan brot etc. was excellent. we had such a nice evening and will definitely eat our local restaurant in burnham on crouch."
