"This is my least favourite Tim Hortons but I go to it for convenience as I work nearby. The drinks are made okay, but I'm always waiting for dark roast (they never seem to have it ready? and a bunch of their menu items that are advertised in store (such as cold brews are not actually offered at this location. It's odd to advertise menu items but purposely not make them. It's also very crowded here. I know it's a small location but it's not exactly know for atmosphere."

"My boyfriend just ordered a plain passion fruit drink and you gave him a passion fruit drink with tapioca he did not ask for, he had to wait in a huge line again just to ask you to remake the drink and you made him re- pay for your mistake only offering 50% off of another 10$ dollar passion fruit juice are you kidding me?
