"So I drove an extra 20 minutes from my usual McDonald’s because from google photos I was under assumption from there pictures on google there was a play place I wanted my niece to be able to play on this rainy cold day and we got there the place is remodeled don’t get wrong it was super nice staff was really nice as well guy with the Afro at the front counter was a sweet heart and really nice even tho my niece was running around food wasn’t That good besides the fry’s tbh but over all I’d say visit was like a 6/10 cause I wanted my niece to play and wasted gas and time going to this one"

"Best donuts in Maine! We liked them better than Holy Donuts. They told us they use no chemicals, that's important. Food should taste like food, and these definitely did. Def go for the cruller. Just do it. Try a few. They won't disappoint."

"Bad service and coffee. I ordered a hot coffee and a donut. The cashier didn't give me a receipt nor did he ask if I wanted one so,when it came down getting my order it was missing my donut. I told the guy who made my coffee that I ordered a donut,he toldthat I didn't and then he continued to act like I was lying.After all that,my coffee tasted burnt ????. This was my first timegoing to that location but,I will honestly never go there again"

"Today I went to this restaurant with my child. After eating our lunch my child went to play. It only took a minute for the pee to be found. I went to the counter and ask for someone to clean up the pee. After waiting 30mins and nobody coming to clean up the pee, I again asked for someone to please come clean it up. The cashier said they we're understaffed and he didn't know what else to say! I waiting 5 more mins and still no one came to clean it up. I then asked for my money back. The assistant manager Cynthia became rude and sarcastic with me and asked for the food back if I wanted a refund. Five other parents and there children came to play during that time but unfortunately they didn't get too also. When I was leaving, the assistant manager was looking and laughing in my direction while explaining herself or her position on the matter to other customers that were ordering. The service and cleanliness was unacceptable. I will never go there again because of this experience...honestly your going to be rude and sarcastic with a customer after it took 45mins to clean up the pee...Cynthia should be fired for her behavior and her inability to manager the clean up of the Play Place."

"I can't believe this place sometimes. They close at a certain hour, yet refuse to make any food an hour before they close! You also employ people who won't touch pork products, really? I get it's a religious belief, but you have a business to run. If you have an employee who can't handle product, make sure you schedule someone with them that can. It's really just common sense. You should be serving food up until the moment you close. It's not hard to schedule that way. You close at five, schedule a person until six, problem solved. This is no way to run a business. Imagine how much money you have lost due to refusal to sell product!! I can go elsewhere, and often do, but is that really what you want people to do? It's a very poorly run business no doubt. Too bad because it's a convenient location. There are many other DD to go too. Maybe you own them all, and just don't care, sad......Dietary restrictions: You should offer more lower sugar items too. Not everyone wants a sugar laden donut, but would still enjoy a less sugar packed one!!"

"Not only is the staff rude but they don’t know how to make their advertised drinks…. I ordered an iced matcha latte and they gave me a coffee with matcha in it. Absolutely disgusting and not even remotely what it’s supposed to be. Ive been in contact several times for a refund and it’s been nearly impossible. Just avoid this location."
