"Hello, With my cousin we stayed at the hotel Le Puy Ferrand in Mont-Dore in the night of 10-11 October 2022. This hotel has different logos: Logis Quality tourism Therm hotel and others. For us, it was obvious that an establishment that displays these logos and a 4* rating on Google was an amazing choice, mistake! I have some photos to testify to some negligence and some more hygienic failures for a hotel 3* to 130€ per night... Façades and exteriors of the hotel unmaintained, pillows stained, blankets torn, joint with shower mold and dirty, bathtub stained with a simple rubber to butcher the evacuation, deplorable toilet tray, dry towel too dirty So Google rating is reliable or not? We wonder..."
