"Ordered my food one hour prior to puck it up at 6:30 and was waiting for additional 30 minutes because they lost my order. No one was able to explain why my order isn?t ready on time or at least say sorry for the delay. It seems like those people even didn?t care about the issue. I understand that mistakes happens sometimes but Guys, learn how to approach and resolve these moments. It?s not ok not responding to your customers pretending you?re super busy with the next one. I am disappointed."
