"Good taste. very nice and accommodating. However, the cardboard packaging was absolutely wrong for Asian with sauce. the complete cardboard was so softened that the complete sauce was distributed in the backpack. I do not order again"

"I didn't get off to the best start here. Arrived at to order a take away and rather than recieveing a "hello" I got "kitchen closes in minutes"..... Me: "okay....can I order then Rude staff: "if you want" Me: "well yes I do...want, thats why I'm here" Rude staff: "fine" I was then handed a menu. As i tried to choose the guy tapped his pen against his pad to hurry me. I made my order and paid, the guy took my money without a word. I said "my pleasure he replied with a grunt. After handling the menu, his pad and pen, my money and the till, to my horror WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS he began preparing the food. I could go on...... but essentially: The rice was over cooked and stodgy The fish in the rolls was too small Tuna wasn't that fresh Tempura batter was awful Was given no Soy sauce Wasabi wasn't real Staff were rude Over priced I WON'T be going back"

"Have waited ZWEI hours for my order today!!! After just about an hour I wanted to ask when my order was coming, but by phone the restaurant was difficult to reach. Had luck and I was told the driver was on the way. But last another hour. At the next call, the employee wanted to call the driver and report back. This call never happened and I couldn't reach anyone anymore. Unharmed!! The ordered warm sushi was cold and the wrong variety was delivered. Instead of salmon, Surimi came. It was only moderate. Never again!"

"Unfortunately we went to this restaurant this afternoon. we had the lunch offer consisting of 4 tellers and a suppe. Some chairs are broken and when I wanted to replace mine, I was first mistaken by the male service that all the chairs were defective. the waiter then pulled off his own show and we had to wait for our suppe, which then came after remembrance. Instead he prefers to chat with other guests and the other employees went concentrated, the guests ignored their work. the gast beside us it happened as well as his suppe he received only on multiple demand.On the sushi is nothing to suspend, but the bad service leaves the lasting impression."

"Wir haben hier einen Groupon-Gutschein für eine Big Sushi-Platte (2 Personen) an einem Samstag Abend eingelöst. Zu unserer Überraschung war das Restaurant fast leer, was zunächst etwas Unbehagen auslöste. Lediglich das Platzangebot draußen war fast belegt. Aber das kann nicht an der Qualität des Restaurants liegen. Die Sushi wurden frisch zubereitet, waren reichlich und allesamt sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war überaus freundlich und wirklich sehr süß. Die Toiletten waren picobello sauber, was für mich auch ein grundsätzliches Indiz für die Sauberkeit im Restaurant ist.Was zu Abstrichen führt ist evt. das Ambiente, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Ich persönlich mag einfaches Ambiente, aber es sollte geschmackvoll sein. Speziell die Beleuchtung ist wichtig (eine bunte Lichterkette gehört nicht in ein Sushi-Restaurant, eigentlich in gar kein Restaurant) und man sollte beim Sushi-Essen an Japan denken, auch wenn der Betreiber nicht von dort kommt. Also an Architektur/Beleuchtung könnte man noch ein wenig arbeiten, aber ansonsten wirklich TOP!!! Sagen wir mal 4,5 Sterne aufgerundet auf 5. Ich werde wiederkommen, wegen Qualität und toller Bedienung.LG"
