"First and foremost- the food is ALWAYS great. Prices are just fine. The owner is very friendly, and brings a lot of personality to the restaurant. Only gripe is that service from the rest of the waitstaff can be iffy. Slow to unresponsive at times. Been here 4 or 5 times and it remains a top option when we're in Chestnut Hill and have cash on hand (no credit cards accepted)."

"This place is incredible. We enjoyed this place so much after we were there for the first time, the next day we went to business with some customers. We had the pakora, which was served with a trio of sauces, all complicated them very, Chicken 65 a very delicious spicy chicken food. "Went for Valentine 's (15th) Day. Was looking forward to the 7 course tasting menu for $75, but instead got the up-charged 4 course Valentine 's Day menu for $90. Would have preferred regular menu. Overall food was well prepared and portioned. The tuna tartare had jalepeno listed with it on the menu but had 0 heat and missed the mark. Hanger steak and seafood (mussels) curry were both excellent. I was enamored with how amazing the service was. Perfectly paced meal and Jackie was fantastic in her approach to our table. We 'll be back for sure."
