"I went for dinner on a weeknight with my mother. The food was good, not necessarily exceptional, but reasonable quality for the price. Service was good, but unremarkable. Alone, I would have given that visit four stars. However, my husband and I went for brunch and had a disappointing experience. It was a Sunday, but only shortly after they opened, so it wasn't busy at all. We ordered our food and got our drinks. After 29 minutes, the server came out to tell me that the waffle maker was broken, so they couldn't make my chicken and waffles. They said I should pick something else from the menu or they would be happy to substitute french toast or pancakes for the waffle. I chose pancakes. Less than 5 minutes later, my husbands food was brought out and they brought me a complimentary bowl of fruit to enjoy while I waited. After another 10 minutes later I got my pancakes which were way too thick (so they soaked up all the syrup and hot sauce and were hard to eat with the chicken). Of course, by this time, my husband had finished his meal already. His meal was acceptable, but unremarkable. The service was friendly enough, but it was frustrating that it wasn't until my husbands meal was practically done that they found out the waffle maker wasn't working and then we had to eat separately."

"They are always super consistent, great food and very large portions. This place is usually slammed but know that I make sure I have my order in advance (at least one hour before) and they are always on time. With all the fighting restaurants face now they have found a way to get their quality and service. Very recommended! I never had a bad experience in the 4 years in this area."
