"Absolutely stunning bathroom. very well made for visitors and hotel guests. beautiful detail with the warm bath towel. the children loved the round pool. small foods are in the inner also a welcome location to get energy for more time in the bathroom."

"The hotel is splendid and it all feels very 5-star. The restaurant is pretty big and it was a little over half full with a couple of big groups. A wedding party of 12+ people with young kids in the middle of an upscale eatery is really misplaced. Minus points for that. Service was lousy. Lots of staff but slow response times. Somewhat under-skilled as they served from the wrong side; not a massive problem but a sign of malaise. Drinks time, order taking time and food delivery time were all sub-par. Food was great, table was a good size and view to lush outside gardens was good too. Value for money equation was all wrong here. Just not good enough for what is a top spot."
