"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and ate in an evening in the restaurant outside in the hof. we had fished a trout in the neighbourhood. the quality was very good as well as the other ingredients and the wine from the environment also sounded excellent. very nice and accommodating staff."

"Heidiland an der Autobahn A13 (Achse Nord-Süd) wirbt mit Swissness. Also frische Produkte und Qualität. Auch Burger King sollte sich daran halten. Da wurden wir letzthin arg enttäuscht: Nur eine Kasse/Bestellreihe offen. Eigentlich ok, wenig los. Einige Leute stehen falsch an, sie werden einfach ignoriert, statt kurz informiert. Obschon sehr wenig Gäste sind, läuft Bedienung sehr langsam. Genug Mitarbeiterinnen, aber die schwatzen herum. Wir sind dran, keine Begrüssung, kein Augenkontakt, keine Achtsamkeit. Meine Mitarbeiterin bestellt. SantaBurger, Pommes, Cola. Macht Fr. 16.20. Ich gebe 100, sage gleich, ich gebe 100.20, um 84 retour zu haben. Das wird ignoriert. Wie gesagt, keine Konzentration auf den Gast. Ich frage nach, Mitarbeiterin sagt, sie habe schon eingegeben. Ginge nicht mehr. Sonst müsse sie neu tippen. Sie gibt mir 80 retour. Ich sage ok, geben sie mir halt 83.80. Sie diskutiert nun mit der Kollegin, ich muss mehrmals darauf bestehen, endlich mein Rückgeld zu erhalten. Meine Begleiterin ( Deutsche, öfters Kundin von Burger King) packt den Burger aus. Das Brot ist schrumpflig, alles ist kalt, der Burger stand wohl bereits eine Stunde, wahrscheinlich länger. Pommes ok. Um die hatte sich auch eine andere Mitarbeiterin gekümmert. Meine Begleiterin geht mit dem Produkt zurück. Zu deren Überraschung wird der Burger nicht ersetzt, das wird verweigert. Stattdessen steckt sie den alten Burger in die Mikrowelle! Ich kannte Burger King nicht, war ihr zuliebe hier und zieh sie natürlich auf, wo sie mich hin gebracht hat. Nebenan ist Marché. Da ist alles frisch. Sie erklärt, das wäre in Deutschland undenkbar, dort sind die billiger und dazu immer frisch. Ich kann's nicht beurteilen. Werde aber kaum wieder mal einen Burger King besuchen. Wir machen keinen Aufstand, Geld verloren, eine Erfahrung gewonnen. Es ist ein Irrtum zu glauben, wenn das Produkt bekannt sei, müsse man nicht mehr auf gutes Personal achten . Das Beispiel hier ist typisch. Beide Mitarbeiterinnen im blauen Shirt mit Logo ist es egal, wenn der Gast frustriert ist, weil man ihm ein Abfallprodukt verkauft hat. Und die Mühe der Beanstandung nicht einmal zum Ziel führt."
