"Well it has been over 10 years since I have reviewed this place. I was hesitant at first to come due to hearing that the ownership has changed. Glad to say that I was able to come by, try the food and say that the food is still fresh, and the experience is still great. When we went by around 11:45 on a Monday, me and my friend was able to get a table right away. Luckily we went earlier as the tables started to fill up. There was a lady server who was patient and very nice, and always came by to refill our green tea. Food Decided to try what I ordered a long time ago, the beef teriyaki combo and the Charashi Bowl. We were served right away a bowl of miso soup and green tea. The Beef Sashimi Combo was still awesome, and we were able to switch out the Albacore for more of the yellow tail and salmon. The beef was still great, always good to have some hot food too, because too much sashimi could be overwhelming. The Charashi bowl is STILL A MUST. Just packed with goodness, even sweet shrimp and scallop, even great to share with someone. Again I was happy to be able to revisit this placed and discover not much of the food has changed. Will definitely try to visit again if I am around the area! Until next time!"

"This restaurant has kind of grown on me.No frills, local Japanese restaurant that has pretty good quality sushi. Rice is seasoned well, fish isn't stringy at all, and the karaage comes in huge, steaming pieces! Chiraishi is usually my go-to and even the lunch size portion is still pretty filling. Straightforward. Easy. Just don't come here with a large party because the restaurant itself is pretty small (recommend four people max)"

"I'm from Japan and I love sushi. And I think this restaurant is the best. Sushi is great and I also loved her customer service. My baby was restless and he cried, so I asked to change our table. They did it right away. They brought all our employees and food for us. Always make sure everything is okay. Oh, well, they said thank you for coming on a rainy day. They gave us warm soup and Edamame. I'm very picky about food and hospitality. And I'll go there if I want to eat sushi. Thank you. You made us so happy:"

"Very good food! I ordered teriyaki chicken and steak. Everyone's meals came with soup (with tofu), salad and white rice. My husband ordered sushi which he said was very good. We also ordered Gyozas which were delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. We will be going back again and again."
