"Well all I can say is absolutely sublime cooking. We thought excellent last time we were here 2 years ago but last night was a different level. We had the long tasting menu. The first course of the mixed appetisers served in a bento box...sets the scene. Dish after dish arrived and all prepared with care and precision. Very difficult to name the best dishes but the tuna based dishes had been made with high grade tuna. The only misstep was a drink that we had to chase a couple of times. This surpasses many 2 star Japanese restaurant's we have eaten in and surely on this form is heading that way. Ignore any negative reviews and go and judge for yourselves."
