"Visited Zip World for the Caverns experience on the May Bank Holiday. Was met my an incredibly helpful member of staff in the carpark helping you to navigate the site and giving advice on whether you will need your bag coat ect based on activity. Check in was flawless and there was no queues. The Caverns (the actual gift experience) exceed expectations in every way instructor was patient, approachable and engaging. The actual course was much better than expected and longer (but in a good way) as photos didn't show how long/extensive the course was. Very challenging and appreciate for whatever age! Would come again"

"A group of three of us got off the train here for lunch before walking back to the Oakley Arms. Two had coffee/cakes which were served over the counter. I foolishly ordered a bowl of soup which took ages to arrive and, to be honest, was a bit tasteless. Worth going back I think, but only for a hot drink and a cake."

"Great experience. We have had hot and cold drinks as well as ice cream here. Delicious all round. Great service as well."

"Exactly as described, unfussy and a bit rough round the edges but there are clear efforts being made to improve this. Continental breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Perfect place for a short or stopover stay. I was there for 1 night as travelled in advance for a day at zip world but could easily stay for 2 or 3 nights without issue. Room was large and comfy with plenty of towels provided and tea/coffee facilities. We paid a fair price for the offer they provide.Would stay again"

"Lovely little cafe,ive been here trice now,the coffee is good,ive not partaken of any food,but most people just had a coffe again,i know they have scones and cake im sure,they do have small settees and also tables,will use again for sure."
