"We visited Wildwood Cafe yesterday for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful and friendly, menu had lots of vegan options and food was tasty and fresh. We had our dog Archie with us but the weather was not ideal for outdoor dining so they very kindly showed us a sizable hut outside and let us dine there. We ordered vegan sushi to start which was great, followed by the portobello mushroom burger and the chilli non carne both were filling and flavoursome. It was only 30€ overall which was super reasonable. We should have ordered dessert too as the cakes looked so good! Would have given it five stars if I could we'll definitely be back again! If you feel like afters, you should visit Wildwood Café because they have tasty desserts that will definitely satisfy the sweet-tooth in you, There are also some international meals to choose from in the food offerings. Typically, the burgers of this establishment are served as highlights along with sides like fries, leaf and cabbage salads or wedges, Particularly, the guests love the fine juices.

"Carlingford is a beautiful village opposite the ulster coast (northland). Furthermore, it has an offer of pubs and restaurants that is not deniable, and among them stands out the ostra bar pj. located on the main street, joto in front of one of the old houses that should not stop seeing in this city. So the windows and the entrance only allow you to see a pub that seems to have many years in such backs, and its specialty: oysters, although they serve equally meats, ribs, fish, etc. we enter and after the bar we discover a relatively small dining room, but with windows that give to a patio with wooden tables and wooden benches, and there we stand. Joto started raining with a lot of force but more than half of the courtyard enjoys a tejadillo, so no problem! We decided to eat some oysters cooked, yes, for varying with respect to the classic, and the truth is they were very good! Furthermore, we asked squids to the Roman that were not completely bad, and some very good legs crab too. Finally, we stayed in these 3 tapas so that the account did not go up too much, and yet the food, including two drinks and coffees, amounted to 31 €. Irish is expensive in this eating, and at least the quality of the site is recommended."

"The owners and chef must have changed. I have been there a few times before and we had a very pleasant experience. Arrived with a toddler, wasn't offered a high chair, tried looking for one but no success. Saw one given to a couple who arrived later. Waited for a while, never got the menu. Asked for one and water. The menu arrived quickly but not the water. Ordered two dishes and both didn't taste well, chips too oily, salad leaves looked tired. When the baby started to ask for water, went to the counter and asked for it. If every table had a jug or two of water, we got one glass (only for me, not the toddler). Never was offered to top up or asked if I needed anything else. It was during the weekend but the place wasn't busy. Summarising, bad food and bad service. There are more places in Carlingford where you can spend your money and get a good experience"

"This is by far the most beautiful marina in Ireland. Great staff that is friendly and welcoming. Very recommended to check it."
