"I very rarely write reviews, but felt the need to inform the public of the ridiculous, lackadaisical service at this store. Yes, I am a downstater , LI not Manhattan, BUT should this really change anything? I have been living in Chatham for about 6 years and this store is an absolute joke...the employees are clueless, or just don 't give a s**t, most products are terrible and the icing on the cake is the bottle return area...I don 't know how many times I 've went here to return some bottles and they have multiple machines full or out of order!! I was just there tonight, unloaded all my returns into a cart, all set to go, only to find out that the return machines were full or out of order and the guy responsible, was like hey not my fault! , waited 10 minutes for the manager, just to tell me, sorry nothing we can do about it tonight...SERIOUSELY!! Management is completely inept and the employees all have terrible attitudes, or are too busy on their phones, This company needs to work on their customer service and get their shit together!! I will no longer give my money to these charlatans and will be taking the drive to Hannaford 's for now on!!"

"Upon arrival, we were happily greeted and seated in a room that was very loud and not much going on to make it comfy but more of a cafeteria environment with a nice bar. Ordered drinks but served in tall glasses and no taste alcohol. In a rush so ordered quickly black bean veggie burger and sweet potato fries which were delicious ! The wait staff was very kind and accommodating and also restrooms perfectly clean. I would be happy to return and dine outside perhaps or get takeout."
