"Unsere Familie verbringt schon seit vielen Jahren den Winterurlaub in Ellmau und so waren wir auch schon ein paar Mal bei Franzl zum Essen eingekehrt. Jedoch waren wir nie wirklich zufrieden. So haben sich beim ersten Mal unsere Männer zwei Hauptspeisen bestellt, da sie von einer nicht satt geworden sind. Bei unserem letzten Besuch hatten wir uns für über 10 Euro Getränke bestellt, wurden jedoch gebeten zu gehen, sobald profitablere Gäste kommen. Zudem wurde uns auch das leise Kartenspielen verboten. Generell war die Behandlung recht schroff und unfreundlich. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder Franzl."
