"I have been visiting a family member on Hope Island to escape the Adelaide winter for a week. She promised me a treat lunch at Jonez and what a treat it turned out to be. We have previously sampled several restaurants in Sanctuary Cove and the surrounding area.<br/ Today's visit to Jonez was on a different level altogether. We were immediately delighted by the restaurant's situation, decor and ambiance. The attentive waiter was very personable, and at the same time, quietly unobtrusive.<br/ Neither Kale nor a Wood Oven was in evidence; just an exceptional and thoughtfully written menu, which made choosing our meal a very interesting and rewarding experience<br/ The presentation of the entrees, a terrine and a dish of crumbed tongue, was nothing short of perfect, in looks, taste and quantity.<br/ For the main course we both chose the duck with its' delightful and delicate accompaniments.<br/ I couldn't resist the dessert menu and chose a delicious rhubarb crumble; we both had a tasty coffee to round off the meal.<br/ Altogether our experience at Jonez was truly memorable, and of an exceptionally high standard<br/ Well done everybody<br/"

When the man brought it around he was very apologetic and gave us a free garlic bread and drink. This is the way to fix a mistake and build customer loyalty. And by the way, the pizzas were great!"

"Ordered barramundi, to eat at tables. First piece was undercooked in the middle. Returned it had another piece cooked also not right. Was very grey looking and rubbery inside just like raw fish. The cook came out explained he used a temperature probe to ensure the right temperature, also said they have never had any complaints before. Oh well the cook is always right. I refused to eat it and luckily for me got a refund. Rather than eat undercooked fish! Maybe their temperature probe should be trown out."
