"It's Wednesday. This is for me: day of rest in the Hooger ferry. I'm going to Pellworm, out of experience, just eat in the three restaurants near me every day. Unfortunately, in Tammensiel down there is nothing suitable for me. Most of these restaurants are good down there, I'm not. That's just individual. If the rest of my restaurant is here, the second restaurant Unter den Linden has always closed. Normally it is then the cemetery crust at the old church that ensnares me. Between these three, I'm always commuting. Well, this Wednesday, closed society, at the church. So, too. The Friesenhaus doesn't want a dog in the house. At the lighthouse......? But there's Nis Puk I've been more often every year. Although only a snack, but with covered facilities, tables and chairs with many pillows, clean everything, open kitchen, mini-golf, deck chairs, actually perfect if there weren't that sour. Even very cozy. It was about 10-12 degrees and windy on Wednesday. To this end, this endless journey of 6 km. So Wednesday wasn't my day. But what to do? Arriving there, I hung myself in a corner in my winter parka. Beer was still cold. The menu, although mostly smaller dishes, also has burgers, cakes or lots of EIS! Brrrrrr. There is always a table, daily dishes written. Few, but if you're hungry... My wish: The most expensive on offer. Rumpsteak with sour cream and wedges. Cost : 9,90€ Krautsalat. Costs 1,50€ We start with the last one. A really decent portion. Decensed, slightly rougher than normal, but found it very good. It was missing caraway for me, but that's such a thing. He doesn't like everyone. The main dish: a good piece of meat. In the amount, in taste and also in cooking. Wedges enough. A really good portion of sour cream. Others would supply half the place from this crowd. It tasted great. For the cold weather, the host couldn't. Another beer. A few clear things in between and after. A cup of coffee to warm up. The world looked good again. The price-performance ratio was excellent. I was reconciled with myself. Was also glad to have chosen a snack instead of the restaurants in Tammensiel. He was better by length than anything else. Unfortunately, the etablissement of the street is not to be seen or located. There's no sign. I wish the owners more customers. You don't have to hide. When they pass the Kaydeich by the bike, they stop quietly. He lies next to the Danzsool you won't regret it."

"The largest snack on Pellworm is located directly on the old harbour overlooking the crab butter fleet. Here there are freshly occupied fish rolls in many variations, as well as a good selection of smokers to take away. Whoever does not like fish can come in here, because there are also typical snack dishes such as curry sausage, sandwiches or bratwurst. The snack itself is a rebuilt container. Therefore, there is not so much space inside to sit. However, many seating groups invite you to stay outside. Among large parasols you sit here really very nice and cozy. We've eaten some fresh crab rolls here. They were just delicious, because the crabs come here all freshly from the cutter. We've been able to watch it a few times as the cutter came home from their fishing trip. that's very interesting to see all this. Of course, such a crab bunny also has its price, but for every crab lover as we simply have a must on holiday. If you are still sitting outside under one of the many parasols in beautiful weather, you can only say: this is how the holiday tastes on Pellworm! The snack is open only from April to October, and Saturday is the day of rest."
