"I discovered stones in university and have been going ever since. It has always been there for me as a solid study spot, a meet up place or a cozy little getaway when I’m feeling blue. Kim and the gang are second to none; they work hard and create the tastiest food and have fast, friendly service. There is a strong sense of community here and it is just so lovely. A small coffee shop just bursting with love. The vibes are immaculate. The more you visit, the more it feels like home.They have a variety of dietary options, and just food/drink options in general. "Very poor and slow service and VERY RUDE employees! Ordered an iced coffee, it was too bitter so I asked for an extra syrup and milk/cream but the lady who I believe is the manager told me that she cannot do anything about it and the guy who was not wearing a proper uniform, no name tag, no hat and just wearing a plain black tshirt told me that he'll charge me an extra for the milk/cream next time. I know there's a reason why they cannot take my cup of coffee but it is so easy to resolve this kind of issue without being sarcastic with the customer! Both of them cannot handle a little conflict in a very nice way, they even looked at each other and make faces. And because i'm complaining about it the lady even told me to call the head office. If I can give a 10 stars I would do it. Do not work in a fast paced environment if you guys cannot handle a very small complaint where you can easily fix it and do not have an approachable attitude."

"Terrible experience here! There were just 2 orders ahead of me but I was waiting for 20-25 mins! How can you are supposed to wait that long in the subway? That only one employee acted like Sloths that were showing her dancing skill? The time today was April 27, 2023, 4:45 pm. Why do you get hourly money like that easy?"

"Vegetarian options: We had ordered 2 poutines but the Fries were not at all fresh. They were so old that I couldn't chew them at all. Moreover, the employee did not handle the situation well and did not accept his mistake. We would never prefer this Mcd branch for sure. Please make sure you change the staff and serve fresh food to the customers and maintain customer service as well. Thanks"

"I don’t know what it is about this location, but it’s a disaster. Last weekend in the morning I was the only one in the drive thru, I pull ahead and wait a ridiculously long time to pay to the point the man behind me was honking at me and calling to go to the second window. He was not rude at all, we were both equally confused as he had been told to skip the first window and yet I was clearly watching and waiting for the employee. By this time a line of multiple cars formed. Once she realized we were communicating she opened her window, apologized for the wait, closed it and I continued to sit there for an even longer period of time. I eventually got to move ahead to the second window where I waited for quite some time but not nearly as long as before. I was in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes for a single iced coffee. Keep in mind no one was ahead of me.Now to this weekend, I went through the drive thru again. Not only can you not hear the employee mumble through the speaker, they disappeared for some time. My fruit splash had coffee spilled on the top (I ordered the fruit splash and a root beer, NO coffee). And my root beer has pop all around the cup and leaks everywhere.Highly recommend ANY other location."

"Great place to enjoy your nights. I take my D&D group there sometimes for cool 1/4 and full yards drinks. They have great daily specials like $10 pizzas and 1/2 off Apps. Great place, great service (Rebecca has always been amazing when she helps out table) and super cool cups!"
