"I ordered the steak fajita quesadilla it should come with sour cream guacamole and Pico de Gallo. They didn't give me any of those I went back to ask if it was to come with him, and one of the employees told me that they had to forget and they were not pico from tomatoes. No big deal. My husband ordered the chicken queso Burrito. We sat down to eat and quickly discovered that my steak quesadilla had hardly steak and veggies on it, and his burrito might have 5 or 6 pieces when chicken was missing and the rest of the toppings. We remained calmly decided that we will deal with what we have. A promotion to get for the free chips and queso by registering for rewards, it took the whole transaction for me to set up this so that I did not set it up until after we were finished to ring. When we asked that a worker prepared the Queso and Chips and the other worker stopped him and told us that we cannot get our free Queso and Chips until we make a future purchase.. will not be nearly $30 ridiculous."

"I have been in this location many times. I?ve never had a problem. I came in today and the lobby is absolutely disgusting. The floors, soda area and every table inside were dirty. Outside wasn?t much better. The food was good though."

"I went to pick up some qdoba on Valentine’s Day for dinner and when I got to the store, the line was already growing. There were at least 20 tickets spitting out of the online order ticket machine and people waiting to order as well. The young man that was working at this first station did a phenomenal job despite how busy everything was! Not only did he get the orders started for people in line, but he also started many of the online ticket orders AND helped throw more veggies on the grill to help the supply when the cook was busy. While more workers arrived to help, he instructed them what orders needed and was so efficient when some of the other line workers didn’t have the same sense of urgency. He did a great job and I appreciate his hard work a lot!"

"The woman who claims to be franchise holder now, of this now doomed location, is a horribly nasty rude person. She instructs employees to be the same (I talked to them outside when she wasn't aware, and the employees told me, and parents of employees also triple confirmed the horrors and food danger, and said they were instructing their kids to quit immediately). The food is not safe to eat by any definition. I'm a long time Qdoba customer and this was horrible, I mean that you literally had to throw it into the garbage. I told them it could not be eaten and they yelled and screamed and the so called Chicken Queso Burrito was sloppily put together with awful portioning and the chicken was uncooked. So do not ever go here. It's dangerous to your health and they will do things to your food! Just believe me. I used to love this location. It's now garbage food, made by very dangerous people at this location (led by this very rude woman). I guarantee they will be out of business very soon! The food was wrong, cold, incorrectly cooked, incorrectly portioned, incorrectly packaged, and after trying to talk to them, and seeing the low levels of education, common sense, and restaurant skills, involved with the self proclaimed management/ownership, we threw the whole bag of food in the garbage when we got home, never got refund, and are very afraid of what they did to the food! Just believe me. Don't go! Save your health."

"Whether you are in the mood to relax with a large cup of coffee or one of the many beautiful Bourbons that they have behind the bar, this is a great place to be. The atmosphere is very relaxing with sofas and comfortable chairs, as well as many tables to enjoy one of their amazing dishes. Top notch service also. I can't wait to go back and try the Avacado toast!"
