"Tonight we tried the popular chain PappaRich for a weeknight dinner date. We indulged in a few starter plates and then progressed through to mains with a crisp glass of Sav Blanc and an ice cold Ribena Lychee drink. <br/ <br/ The service here was friendly, but not over the top and the waiters left you alone to make your choice without standing over your shoulder waiting for you. It has a great system of writing down what menu items you would like and then ringing the buzzer to alert wait staff that you are ready to order. <br/ <br/ The food came out quickly and was quite tasty. Being left satisfied with both the quantity and quality of the Malaysian food provided. <br/ <br/ We will return. 4/5 stars."

"I came here on a Friday night and the restaurant was surprisingly empty, but they were smashing the takeaway orders. It also seemed like a rather long wait for somewhat average burgers. Feedback on the burger itself, this me being nitpicky, but I think the burger was a bit of a let down as the patty (and bacon) on my burger were not grilled enough, it did not have that 'char grilled ' taste I usually look forward to in a burger. The sauce on the burger was tasty though. The highlight of the meal was the criss-cross fries, they were deliciously crisp and well seasoned with a tasty dipping sauce."

"Don’t get me wrong this place has the best garlic mushroom and homemade bean side I’ve ever had but it’s still a complete and utter rip off. Was pretty disappointed when I ordered Uber eats and got the roast tomato side because the picture showed goats cheese and that really sold me. The tomatoes I got were just four cooked tomatoes that I paid $5 for : As you can see from the photos the other sides are very small too and the beans are $6 in a tiny little container."

Spring Rolls - ok... I guess... because they were hot and sort of crunchy. My spring roll consisted mostly of cabbage and pastry. The sort of thing you get in a suburban (non Sunnybank) Chinese restaurant.<br>
Chicken Satay - sad tired little things. They looked good but the satay sauce was overly sweet and a little watery. The sort of thing you get in a suburban (non Sunnybank) Chinese restaurant.<br>
"Balinese chicken" was stir fried chicken and veg topped with packet sauce with some powdered lemongrass added to it.<br>
Fried noodle(which I'm guessing is supposed to be mee goreng) - not even worth talking about.<br>
Gado gado - steamed veg with the same watery sauce that came with the Chicken Satay. So disappointing. I only wish that I had eaten somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.<br>

Brisbane people have much higher standards now than when you opened 22 years ago.<br>

Verdict: just because it's been here for a long time doesn't mean it's worth your while."
