"A fantastic option for a break and some coffee and dessert. The cafe mocha was not only presented well, but it also tasted phenomenal. The espresso was especially rich and strong. We also got the caramelized banana waffle which was unforgettably delicious. One of my all time favorite cafes."

"I was on the move in a group of five and had difficulty finding a hotel that could all accommodate us. I found CASTANA with pure luck and it ended the best place we've ever stayed. Kaneda-san and his wife love the hotel and brings a lot of time and energy to them, he drove us from the Matsumoto Station and throughout the city for free. He was very friendly and spoke phenomenal English, he was really the highlight of our trip. The room itself was like a studio apartment, we have a loft bed and a complete dining room with a microwave, toaster, utensils and mini fridge. The view was absolutely beautiful and it was a great room to relax after a long day. Excellent room, the best staff you ever meet, and honestly, the best hotel and café ever! If you travel to Matsumoto in a larger group, I recommend CASTANA."

"TSUTAYA It was an easy-to-in, but is there a disposable plastic cup? Other stores use mugs and glasses. I forgot to put chocolate sauce on the drink, but other staff pointed out. However, how about asking for a straw? I ordered a drink that requires a straw, so please judge it without asking."

"I used it in the afternoon of the third day of the Matsumoto trip. Nearby points of interest I was very busy with university students. I asked Caramel Latte. It was delicious. The customer service is normal, and there are many outlets and it is convenient for self-study. There were several newspapers such as Nagano Daily Newspaper and Nikkei."
