"We went here because the restaurant looks modern and welcoming from the outside. I ordered a salad, my husbad a steak with fries. We waited for approximately an hour for our food and were starving by time it actually arrived. I asked for some bread to accompany my salad it never came. My salad was average, my husbands steak was average at best (it had some spaghetti in the sauce not very appealing). When we spoke to our waiter about our long wait, he said that we were the last to order and thats why we had to wait the longest... We had a family sitting next to us that came about 30 minutes after us and received their food 5 Mins after us... The waiter was totally unapologetic and unfriendly, he didnt seem to care that we were unsatisified. An his excuse for the long wait, was ridiculous. It doesnt matter when you arrive at a restaurant as a guest, you shouldnt have to wait for your food for an hour. And if for some reason there is a delay, the staff should try their utmost to appease the customers. The staff of the Küchenwerkstatt didnt do this! I never write reviews, but I was so angry after this experience, that I felt I needed to share my experience, so other guests can avoid our mistake . Dont come here. Food is pretty poor and the staff is not friendly!!!1"
