"Ein lauer Sommerabend verführte mich zu einer Pause im Innenhof des Deux Ponts im mittelalterlichen Stolberg. Das Menü (39 €) beginnt mit einem preiswürdigen Vitello Tonato. Das Kalbfleisch mit Estragonsauce und frittierten Kapern hinterlässt einen nachhaltigen Eindruck. Anschließend eine Casoulette von der Ente an Bohnen und Tomaten. Flügel, dazu ein wenig Brust und Magen - alles, was das Tier so hergibt. Abschließend ein Tiramisu mit Blätterteig und Orangenchutney. Lecker. Die gut sortierten Weine sind etwas für jeden Geschmack. Fazit: Wer südlich von Aachen gut Essen will, kommt an diesem Haus nicht vorbei."

"We celebrated a family-proof with 20 people there and were very satisfied. we got a separate room, everything was beautifully decorated and perfectly prepared. although restaurant and terrace were full, we were served very well and all guests got their food that "a la carte" was ordered at the same time. the steaks were perfectly fried and for everyone as desired, including a fore soup and salat from the buffet.Great portions at fair price!We can recommend the "haus jägerspfad" absolutely and have already booked the next celebration there."

"Located right in the middle of the forest and the ideal place for a break from a walk. Unfortunately there was a party when we were so the service was busy. Unfortunately this was very noticeable because we were almost looked away, and the wait was long. We wanted to eat something but because of the atmosphere we ordered only soda.Maybe it is better nice weather, when the terrace is open. The interior is very old-fashioned but that is typical german so we don't care about that."
